My interests range from archaeology, history, economics, sociology, psychology to sexuality spirituality. For film, I prefer thought-provoking indies historical dramas with romantic themes, both at the cinema sharing them in private. When discussing any of these topics, I value alternative viewpoints consider them calmly and carefully. Staying in shape for me is mostly a mental spiritual discipline. I practice meditation for clarity, yoga for flexibility, resistance training for strength, anaerobic bursts for longevity. I loved running in my early years (several half-marathons two marathons). Now, I kayak, walk, hike, cycle whenever possible.I eat plant-based whole foods, and living on a sea island, sometimes indulge in the healthier types of seafood. My beliefs are grounded in Earth-centered spirituality, observing the rhythms of the Moon, Sun, and seasons, and welcome others who similarly identify... especially that woman with intangible mystery, who feels the same connectedness to the world around her.
