u never know when something will come along and toss a wrench, spanner, shoe or whatever into the machine that is your life..
Like a few years ago i had melanoma in situ. Caught early by great VA PA/Dermatologist . She "fixed" it, leaving only a scar where it had been.
Then April of '24, my blood labs start going south, until finally, a Dr says, "Hmmmmm, maybe you need oncology." In December.
And it is lymphoma this time. Treatable, not curable.
Now that is a wrench in the machine
But the real point is this:
Doctors all acted like they were all that and a bag of chips. Especially the oncology types.
But when all was said and done i realized for all their arrogance and genius, they could not come close to replicating what nature, God or whatever power you like to cherish, has created in making human beings.
It is like the difference between a perfect meal served in a great restaurant where you feel like you are home , and the same food pulled out of the dumpster behind the restaurant.
No comparision.
So enjoy every day of that perfection that is you, as well as your mind and soul.
Because it all can change in a moment...
Just a thought.
