	Hello i have previous training but havent served for a few years due to other commitments, I apologise to all who could have used my services. i have trained online through, email, skype, iwebcam etc. realtime trainng was much better, because I could obey Mistress, and do tasks while being supervised. I could also feel the humiliation and punishments which are there to improve me.
