I have reached a point in my life where I know what I need and want to see if it is possible.  I want to be with a woman who is turned on by and able to set strict rules for a relationship. She will have no qualms in enforcing her will of control by chastity, corporal punishment, hypnotism, lecturing, forced watersports, humliation or any other means at her disposal private or in front of her friends or associates.
