My pictures had to come down ... scammers have been posting them elsewhere ... Ok, I put one picture back up here.  It's the only picture I will use here, and if you see it anywhere other than CM or FL, it's not me.

Well this is disturbing ... back in Sept., I deleted all of my photos because of some scammer issues I was having, about a month later I decided to put one back.  I uploaded a fresh picture from my hard drive, so I basically started from scratch with only one picture.  Now all of a sudden, three months later in Dec., I see all of my original pictures back in my profile.  What the hell CollarMe?

A great tool for collarme users is the "Who Stole my Pictures" add-on for your browser ... I can't post the link here, but it's a common add-on for any browser.  It lets you right click on the user picture, and find out instantly if it was stolen from some porn site, or modelling site, or album art, etc. 

I am getting so tired of hearing about "Shades of Grey" ... it is the lamest BDSM novel I've ever seen, and I've read quite a few.  It's resulted in hundreds of new girls on this site, who think they will find a billionaire to take care of them, simply by saying "I'm submissive".  Go pick up a copy of "The Story of O", or "The Claiming of Sleeping Beauty", or any one of a number of great modern works, but not "Shades of Grey".

Every person place or thing that you've encountered in the past, still exists in the back of your mind, and helped to shape who you are right now ... tequila can fix this.

Arrrgh ... major setback with the boat re-building project.  We had heavy rain Wed., and somehow a ton of water got inside ... it ruined a lot of work I was doing in the bilge and under the mast step ... bad news.

Wow ... I thought they had been stopped, but then, all of a sudden, ten of them tonight ... auto-blocked and auto-reported ... but really, does anyone know what the "23 year old scam-bot" is up to?

Can anyone explain the new "scam-bot" or "data-bot" that seems to be active in CM?  I've been around a while, and seen them all, and I have my own bot that blocks and reports them instantly, but I can't figure out what this one is up to.  Every morning, I have been viewed by exactly three 23 year old drop-dead-gorgeous models, with no profiles, who leave no messages ... always 3, always 23 years old, always model shots ... again, it's not a problem, because of my anti-spam bot, but I always like to understand what the scammers are up to, or what kind of data they glean from their activity ... any ideas on this one?

It seems to have grown in scope ... it's three scammers, twice a day now ... I wonder if the dumb-asses know that they get reported instantly?

And now a new twist ... one of the scammers that I had blocked and reported previously, has returned with the same name, same picture, but claiming to be from a different city ... I don't know how that works.

Well, it seems to have stopped, but I still don't know what kind of data they were collecting ... I always like to know what the scum sucking scammers are up to.

Just a quick update ... the boat is coming along, but slower than I had planned, as I keep finding new issues that need to be dealt with ... I've narrowed down the possible new location to somewhere in northern Oregon, where I can access the ocean quickly, and sail north to all the interesting destinations, but also get to the city when I want to.  Music (I play guitar and sing) has become a very big deal to me lately, thus my need to be somewhat close to the city, but not too close.

Ok, for the second time in five days, CM wouldn't let me log on ... this after they forced me to change my password last week ... it's not looking good here, if I vanish, it's been nice knowing you all.

Two days ago, I couldn't log on "bad user name or password", today when I logged on, Collarme forced me to change my password ... this smells like I'm being hacked.

If I should suddenly vanish, or if I seem different to you, it probably means I've been hacked, and since Collarme offers absolutely no support, that would mean I'm gone.  Most of my friends here know how to reach me, for those who don't, it's been nice knowing you.

Life is going to change drastically in a little over a year, so I'm starting to prepare for it, becoming anxious about it, getting a little nervous about it, and I'm somewhat angry about it.  Angry because the company that I've worked for, for 28 years, has figured out a way to fuck me out of most of my pension, I'll be getting about 10% of what I should be getting (it's not just me by the way, it's about 180,000 people).  It's a tangled web that they created, involving a few different companies, even though I've been sitting at the same desk doing the same job, and it involves our government (who now owns my pension, and is only letting me have 10% of it) ... let me just sum it up by saying the principle player in this mess has the initials "GM" ... yes, that GM ... fucking assholes are ruining a lot of peoples' lives, and they'll tell you it's all ok, because they "saved" the company.

Anyway, I'll be ok, just not as ok as I was planning to be.  I stumbled into an incredibly good deal on a much bigger boat, and will be spending my free time this summer fixing her up, and preparing her to be a major part of my new life.  I'll be moving to the Pacific Northwest, I'm not 100% sure where yet, but I have a few favorite places in mind.  I love it up there, I can afford to live up  there, and I can afford to keep my boat up there.  I plan to buy a house to use as a home base, and spend the rest of my days sailing "cruising", and living off of what I've saved (yes, this will work).

Oh, and I'm not quite sure how yet, but music will be a big part of my new life, it probably should have been a bigger part of my old life.  People are actually starting to pay me to perform, and saying things like "where the hell have you been, and why haven't I heard you before?"

I just thought I should share my situation, and some of my plans, so you know who you're talking to, and what you might be getting into.

Just thought I should put a note here, describing my current life. Last August, I bought a new sailboat, well not a new boat by any means, but new to me, anyway, since I haven't had one for many years, it's grabbing my attention more than most other aspects of my life. I'm at the marina, and sailing, almost every weekend, sometimes spending the night at some other port, or some anchorage somewhere other than my home port.

My point being, potential subbies should be at least interested in that sort of recreation, and shouldn't be afraid to be tied to the bow as a figurehead (kidding, the Coast Guard would probably arrest me for that).

Wow, I have been getting a huge mixed response to my journal entries lately.  Some are from really nasty bitches, and some are from really nice girls.

Please understand, it’s not about money and things (I really don’t have that much), it’s all about perspective.

Every once in a while, when life has been kicking me in the teeth a bit, I have to pause and take stock … my job has me traveling the world, often, and it becomes a real pain in the ass, but hey, I get to see the world.  On most mornings I go down to the garage and have to choose between the old faithful Corvette, or one of the two Harleys, eight out of ten times it’s one of the Harleys, because I have this “horrible” 12 mile commute through a beautiful canyon, where I don’t even see a building for 8 of those miles, and at the end of the ride, I’m on top of a hill, where I get to see the beautiful pacific ocean, and then I spend the day doing work that I love … sure, sometimes I feel like things could be better, but sheesh, things could be a lot worse … it’s a good life … take a look at your own and I bet you can say the same.

According to some subs on here, using my favorites list as a sort of non-intrusive form of “flirting”, is considered inappropriate, and I shouldn’t add girls to my favorites list without getting their permission first.  Well, I’m sorry, but that’s just ridiculous … it’s MY favorites list, not theirs, and I will continue to use it as I see fit.

Ok, I can’t keep quiet about this any longer, I have to bring this point up.  90% of the girls on this site complain about the overwhelming volume of email they receive, so a long time ago I decided not be a part of that problem.  Now, a very large percentage of those same girls are complaining that I’ve placed them on my favorites list, but haven’t “said hello”, or sent them an email message.  Come on, you can’t have both sides of this coin!

In the real world, a man can casually flirt with a girl, and get a good indication of whether or not she is interested in him.  If the indication is no, he can simply walk away.  On a site like this, the closest analogy I can think of to flirting, is to place someone on your favorites list.  If a girl sees that she is on my favorites list, then she has the option of “saying hello”, or she could just place me on one of her lists (good or bad), and then I’d know if she wants to be approached or not, without adding to her “problem” of receiving too many emails.

All I’m saying is … don’t act all schizophrenic, and complain about receiving too many emails in one sentence, and then a couple of sentences later complain about not receiving enough.  I find girls confusing enough as it is … please, don’t add to that confusion.

and ... what makes some people think, that anyone would want to hurt their eyes trying to read a profile written in dark purple text, on a black background?
