I'm sure that it sounds like I always complain and am a big baby. I cannot stand however, when someone comes to me and states "I want to be a slave," you need to do this and this and this. I want a slave, this is true. But I want a slave that is my conception of what a slave should be. if you don't want to be a slave, if you need indoctrination, starvation,breath control to "keep you a slave " then I have no interest in you. I find it extremely frustrating when a male states that he runs and is active. I deign to get on the cam with someone if I am feeling serious about this person. I have a hint for males who seek the attention of a Domme. To obtain the attention of a Domme, the male must be where he states he will be at the time he states he will be there. If he cannot he will not be taken seriously.
Accountability: The state of being accountable; liability to be called on to render an account; the obligation to bear the consequences for failure to perform as expected; accountableness.
Many males email Me seeking what they call 'structure' in their lives. The idea of structure includes having rules and being held accountable for their actions.
I have an issue with what these males seem to believe accountability is. If a male speaks with a potential Domme on the telephone or online and the Domme indicates a need to leave for a short amount of time but requests that male to return after that amount of time is over, that should indicate to this male that if he cannot be back, he should feel free to state he cannot be there for such and such reason.
I understand many things, I can be an understanding person. I understand the need for sleep or to have a meal for medical reasons or perhaps needing to attend a business meeting. I really do! I do take issue, however, with a male who states he will be online or available to take or make a phone call or even voices the intention to make a visit in person and then does not follow through.
When a male states in one breath that he wishes accountability, that indicates that he is willing to accept the consequences of any pact he makes and does not keep.
That does not mean that the Domme must accept an "I'm sorry, I'm tired." That also does not mean that, should the Domme not accept that "I'm sorry, I'm tired and fell asleep" the male should feel free to criticize the Domme for telling him to go to bed because he needs the rest. Such an action does not warrant a comparison to whatever fabled Domme who owned the male, nor does it mean the Domme is not a 'twue' Domme. |
