I had this odd idea, so here it is.

I seem to be doing a work out a day, i am not really losing much wight, but OMG i have muscles.

I need to cut out soda, drink more water and start eating more salads...  I am happy, i gained too much wight around new years and hello-ween and i hope to have it all off by July, well with a lot of luck..hehe

So i tried some ideas people gave me, a lot of bad advise i also knew what was bad and i did not use it...

I remember the other words of wisdom "I can make a sub do anything she wants to do" i think that was from the book screw the rose give me the thorns.

One person told me use rope, this is a well respected switch, she runs events in her state and has more than a few subs and she has a master, i was shocked the idea she gave me did not work correctly.

I turned it around and showed a sub how to do some rope tieing and we made it into a fun game of, i tied your hand can you tie mine, so after letting her do a simple tie and control her hand she did the same with mine, she was at high anxiety, not use it, scared as hell.

anyways i found a very smart trick, that seemed  to work perfectly...  =0) i am still open to here other peoples ideas, thoughts, tips and tricks. The person who said just rape her, thats very, very bad advise.

I want to know, what some subs / slave and Dom / Domme think work for training a sub / slave.  What methods do they think work the best...i use a few things but i find with a shy sub is the B.E.S.T Method, i have found this to work rather well.

Any one have any ideas, tips or tricks and yeah i could go to but i want some CM people to tell me their ideas.

If you are a Dom or Domme, please tell me about how long you have owned, and what worked and did not work.

I have found training to be fun when you use something basic, that seems hard and show the sub how to do it...a good example is making Pizza...Pizza sluts...It works...

I could use a Domestic house keeper type not so much for my self, but i know so many subs and Doms who need some help.

I just think it would be fun to take a sub to other peoples houses go see them, help them clean up and hang out.
