I am a submissive diaper slave looking to serve on weekends, with the intention of eventually becoming permanent.

The arrangement would be something along these lines (feel free to amend or change anything about it, you're the dom you make the rules):

• For the entire weekend, I am required to cook, clean, and do whatever you command, including sexual service. Need someone to clean your drains, wash your dishes, vacuum your floors, then suck your dick and drink your piss? Look no further.
•  If I do not per a task or service in a satisfactory manner, you may use physical punishments to ensure compliance.
• The moment I arrive, I am to be stripped (preferably roughly/forcibly), placed into a diaper with locking plastic pants over the top (I can provide both of these). The diaper and plastic pants are not to be unlocked or removed over the course of the weekend for any reason, no matter how full, messy, and leaky they get.
•  I should have my wallet and phone confiscated to ensure compliance and prevent distractions.
•  All decisions relating to food and drink, sleep and other requirements are to be dictated by you, not me, including ridiculous or extreme requirements such as being required to eat only dog food, or not being allowed to eat at all.- Speech restrictions including not being allowed to talk at all
•  I should be cuffed at night and forced to sleep outside, or chained to your bed, to ensure I cannot leave. I should also be required to wear a collar or anything else you require.
•  I am responsible for cleaning up all residue, such as diaper leaks in whatever manner you specify, including with my tongue
•  At the end of the weekend, I will be required to dispose of the diaper in whatever way you command, anything from simply removing it and placing it in a bin, to fucking it, to eating it's contents.

Please note that this arrangement will not involve sex - I will be too thickly padded for that. That's by design as I am not a big fan of anal sex.
