I started with my double electric breast pump (non hospital grade) . 15 minutes every 2-3 hours. I started the beginning of November 17' . Fenugreek 3/3X a day. Initially, my body took the stimulation hard. I was extremely tired all of the time . After I pumped it seemed like I needed to take a nap. After a week, I started to produce clear drops out of both breasts. 2 new supplements were added (Goats Rue & Alfalfa). A week later, my clear drops were falling into my lap when I squeezed. Week 3 The Marmet Massage Technique is when I really saw a change . Now my breast had that tight feeling to them . They felt as if marbles were in there. I believe the massages gave me the right stimulation that I needed to signal my brain and let it know that I needed to make milk. Eventually, I noticed that my clear drops were becoming cloudy but they still tasted oily . Week 4 MILK!!! Granted it only had drops but .. They were white & sweet! At this point im only pumping for 10-12 minutes every 2-3 hours.I see an increase and towards the end of that week , even a little spurt here and there. Week 5 This is the week my Domperidone arrived (Ebay* and so I started taking them by the 3rd day I was taking 3, 3X/day My supply has since increased . Im only making about 3.5 oz a day but its slowly climbing . Currently , power pumping, 4 fenugreek & Blessed Thistle 3X/day
