	It's time for a bit of a revision: We're going to keep it short, sweet and to the point this time. My demands: You're educated, you're well spoken and are able to articulate your thoughts. You're open, you're honest to a fault. You crave service, are detail oriented and thrive in a structured existence. I'm not at all interested in men who describe themselves as "sissy's" or who want some sort of forced feminization. I'll never understand what possible use or what possible sense of pride that could bring me. Experience is not necessary, though a level of understanding would be nice. Having been trained means little to me, because you were trained by an individual, for that individual... neither of which are me. Sometimes its easier to start with new material rather than tearing down and rebuilding. Regardless, everything is relative. Age and gender matter little; what matters is your commitment and desire.
