still cant run but getting closer! 

Did a mile in 10 minutes on the elliptical. From not being able to walk to 10 minute miles on a bike. Accomplished. 

When you can't walk easily you realize how much you took for granted. Doing anything that requires dexterity with both feet like driving a manual transmission car or moving things from place to place. The funny thing about suffering though it builds strength of character. 

I don't understand financial slavery. We are all as people in financial servitude so why incur another form of it for sexual thrill. I guess my views on the subject are just different. This is a personal trusting thing not just a transaction.
