Working hard to get things situated after my uncle's death. His passing so close to rent due date. Has made it a bit harder for me. I have to pay the other half of rent s little late but it will be done. Next I have to pack up his room and move his things out so I can move into the master bedroom. After that I will have to get other bills switched into my name and hope that they will let me renew the lease without my uncle being here. These days landlords want you to make 3 times the rent. It is hard for a single mother to work more than one job when she has a child with special needs. I am remaining strong even when I feel helpless, useless and depressed.
