I am truly baffled at the continuing trend of expecting instant submission. As disturbing is submissives placing in thier profiles a set of rules and trigger words. Where has all this come from? I'm aware that many want to use this site to hook up which puts a stain on the lifestyle and it tends to anger others. I can understand uncollared subs wanting to take precaution and such. Seems to Me that it could be better achieved through use of words like preference, limits, and bounderies rather than words like must and rules. As a Dom I do not think well of those latter two words coming from a submissive and My interest wanes immediatley.
The thing that is forgotten in submission is a gift. It is not something forced. Dominance doesnt forgo common sense and courtesy. To force submission, take it without leave is a crime and turns the submissive/slave into a victum rather than a consensual sub/slave. For those that do not know the difference in My opinion this lifestyle has no place for you. |

Odd that the season finale of True Blood was a day after My birthday, seems both were cliff hangers. Not that I am a True Blood fan, the social structure of the characters does interest Me tho. Vamps and weres have a strict power structure and I find it fascinating that something of that nature would get so many fans in the vanilla world. Or is it the twisted romances? I dunno, thinking about it gives Me other things to ponder on.
