| I am a submissive male who lives in the DC area although I enjoy kink it is not the only thing in my life. I have other interests and friends so I do not see this being a 24/7 type of situation. I am not even sure if 24/7 is practical. I would like to find someone that would eventually want a relationship (although I don’t want to just jump into one) but who also understands that this is just a part of who I am. I am also looking for friends so if we don’t click on a relationship level I would still like to be friends. You can never have too many friends in the lifestyle.
I would like to find someone who can hold a normal conversation in public, someone who understands that there is a time and place for kink and when hanging out with friends, family and co-workers that is not the time to talk about spankings and whips. Although I am submissive respect and compassion is big for me. I respect myself and others and expect that in return. If I submit, it is with the understanding that I will be treated with respect and dignity and my submission is viewed as a gift, not a right.
