The sub that we seek is a low maint. sub, with no rediculous demands.

We have recvd some reasonable good possiblities, and We have recvd letters from some that have sooooo many demands and expectations of guarantees that i seriously doubt that they can honestly call themselves a sub or sale . You dont start off by telling your prospective dom what will and what will not be. There are reasonable hard limits to anyones viewpoint, but that is usually the start of things . YOu can't hand a tablet written in stone to someone and then expect to come to their home and be what you desire. I realize this may seem quite harsh, but a dom has some limits as well. With these things in mind both parties can find what they hope for. Best wishes in both our search.
