The karate tournament was a LOT of fun. I competed in two divisions: forms and fighting. In forms, I didn't place in the top three, but based on scores I'd guess I got 5th or 6th out of about 15 competitors.

In fighting, I placed second in my belt division! I won each of my first two fights 2-0, and lost the championship 2-1. The other girl was just better than me. She was also several inches taller, with the accompanying reach. I just couldn't figure out how to shut her down.

I got a decent-sized trophy for second place, which is awesome.

Very excited for karate class tonight, and for the tournament this Saturday!

Saw Henry Rollins in Baltimore last night. It was an awesome show. He talked for almost 3 hours, seemingly without taking a break. The dude's a machine.

I got to meet him afterwards, say hi and get my photo taken with him.

I had a great day today! I met up with an awesome dude (from THIS website) for lunch, then headed back to his place to fuck.
