A servant’s guide to finding a good Owner
As a servant, you have a duty and obligation to search for an Owner to serve.
Here are some tips on how to find a good Owner
1. Choose an Owner who is truly a Superior Black.
A drug lord or criminal is not a Superior Black. A Superior Black is a good person who is deserving of your loyalty, obedience and service
2. Choose an Owner who is a leader.
A leader is not wishy washy, they know what they want and where they are going. They can make decisions and give orders.
3. Choose a Superior who understands the true usage of a servant.
A true Superior has no problem delegating duties to a servant and expecting that servant to perform them properly.
4. Choose a Superior you like and respect
You must be compatible with your Owner or problems will eventually come about and neither of you will be happy.
5. Choose a Master with an even temper and compassionate personality.
Do not confuse this with a weak personality. Such a Master will be kind and loving yet have no problems issuing out proper discipline when the servant requires it. Every servant needs a good over the knee spanking once in awhile just to remind him/her of its place and remove guilt feelings that have built up for minor infractions, but no servant deserves to be beaten or abused.
If the servant is that bad he/she should be dismissed immediately, not beaten.
6. Choose an Owner who you are proud to serve.
You should admire your Master greatly and if you do, you will be proud and find it very easy to serve with honor and joy.
7. Choose an Owner who will expand your serving abilities and mold you into a likeness He or She wants of you.
Remaining as you are does not present the proper challenges or growth a servant needs to feel accomplishment. As your Owner expands your serving, you will grow and gain pride and confidence.

An example: you start out part time and unknown to any other in service and eventually your Master has you serving at parties of His/Her friends. This growth is like climbing the ladder in a job, as you gain experience, ability and confidence you are promoted by your Master to more important and official tasks.
You will want an Owner who has your growth in mind.
8. Choose an Owner who truly wants to mold you.
A good Owner wants you to fit well into His or Her lifestyle. They will change your attire, your method of showing respect, performing tasks, Etc.
An example: The Owner may want His or Her servants to go without panties and bend at the waist rather than the knees when bending to provide provocative vies. He or She may want to be addressed as Master or Mistress in private and Sir or Ma’am in public, He or She may want His or Her male servants totally feminized and His or Her married servants to give over their spouses as His or Her full property.
These are all things that a Superior has rights to and as a servant you need to understand and obey.
~~~An Owner who does not desire these things may not be truly interested in your complete ownership so should be discussed in advance to determine the true interest a potential Owner has in you, the servant. ~~~
9. Choose an Owner based upon “your” skills and abilities
If a potential Owner expects a master chef to cook His or Her meals and for large dinner parties and you burn water when you boil it, He or She may not be the Master you seek. On the other hand if a Master desires coupled servants and wants to keep one of you as a maid and the other as a toy and employee at work and this fits your goals then this may be the right Master for you.
10. Choose a Master who will be a proud owner of you.
If your Master treats you with contempt or disgust and appears to enjoy being mean to you; this is not the Master you can grow with. Look for a Master who smiles with pride when you carry His/Her bags 3 steps behind Him/Her, smiles with pride when you serve well at a dinner party, is anxious to introduce you to His/Her friends as
"This is my servant.... he/she will happily obey YOUR wishes and serve YOU as YOU deserve to be served"
Being a servant to Blacks is the greatest honor any servant can experience.
But there is a price to pay as well.
- You must be skilled and articulate
- You must be respectful and intelligent
- You must be loyal and obedient.
No intelligent Superior Black wants or deserves anything less.
It is an honor not a right on your part.
