ok, I am not even sure how to start this email. please forgive me if I am out of line in any way. Every word I am going to tell you is said with the highest amount of respect possible.
No, we didn't meet but I did see the 3 of you. As a matter of fact I watched you play. it took my breath away. all I could do was stare. I am not sure if you noticed and I hope I didn't offend you. Your scene had such a lasting impact on me. I couldn't get it out of my mind. Then, just now sitting at my desk at work I thought about it again and it hit me all at once. Maybe because I just read your email...I'm not sure what made the connection for me. I can't say that I watched from start to finish but I did watch a good portion. The part that absolutely took and kept my attention was the paddle. I still can't tell you exactly why that part affected me the way it did but it has made a lasting impression on me. She was so beautiful and I remember having to force myself to stay seated. I had the overwhelming urge to whisper in her ear and tell her how perfect she looked and what an amazing job she was doing, I wanted to pet her head and tell her that her tears were beautiful. I know that is completely absurd. I am new but I do know enough to not walk up to a scene. I just continued to sit and watch and soon I couldn't even speak. Everyone at the table I was sitting at was talking and laughing and I couldn't contribute. I happened to be sitting at a table so very close. I watched as you grabbed her hair and lifted her head as she was crying. I watched you comfort her briefly and then continue. At this point I was simply overtaken and had to walk away.
I know you don't know me and I am simply too embarrassed to tell you who I was based on this reaction. Being so new I am not sure if this whole email is out of line, if it is I appologize. I'm also not sure what your patience level is but if I may ask a question....Sir, can you tell me why I was so affected by watching that part of your scene? I have never witnessed or been a part of anything like it so I have no idea why it has made such an impression on me.
