Well, its been two years trying to get to Delaware and some serious family issues to boot. Im just going to take it as the universe is telling me that is not where Im supposed to be, so my first plan is in order.

Plans to relocate have been going slower than planned and serious family issues caused a slight postponement.
Never the less I'm hopeful now that things are back on track and very hopeful I'll find my Daddy.
