We consider TPE an all-encompassing, fully-responsible relationship.  It does not mean a sub's judgment isn't needed, it simply means that the final decision on everything is ours, not hers. 

We don't take the perspective that we exist to satisfy the sexual interests of our sub (although those interests aren't ignored). Rather, we require obedience & loyalty from our sub in whatever form we choose it to take. 
 
"Extreme" is relative. It's also familiar territory.  It is important to know that we aren't into self-destructive activities and we maintain the properties we own quite well.
