Healthy, secure man here. Confident and in control in my everyday life. Friends and family might be surprised to learn of my long-term desires for submission to a strong Woman.

* I'm a pretty good cook.   I've been cooking for myself for over 30 years.   I have a reasonable knowledge of what flavors compliment each other.   I can follow a recipe.  And my knife skills are sharp (pun).
