she breathes in the possibilities and is awakened. she walked in the woods and the sound of water calls to her, draws her toward an opening in the leaf cover to lay eyes upon a clear stream. she raises her face to the direct sunlight, closes her eyes and breaths. she curls her bare toes into the soft moss on the side of the stream and slowly lifts her white cotton sundress over her head. she brings it down her from in a slow brush against her skin, rolls her head around and looks upon the water again. it is then that she notices the man on the other side of the stream. she stands still ...like a faun hoping she has not been noticed. no movement she screams at herself. she watches as he bares his own chest, shirt falling to the ground behind him, he stretches and his jeans move perfectly against his obviously muscular thighs. He turns his eyes to the sun and as the light shines off his dark hair He looks directly at her. she is swallowed whole in that moment. One look into his startling blue eyes and she is captured. i want that feeling. i need that feeling. i know that i am being selfish when i crave it. i desire that connection. the electric feeling when a true dominants power is allowed to be seen. the need to please and submit to one such as that is a craving buried so deeply within me it will never truly be extinguished. Are you that person?

(shakes head) and so i darted away....still that flickering sprite that is yet to be caught.

From the waking of possibilities has come one who even though i pushed away has found a way to seduce my mind.  i tremble with both anticipation and fear of what is to come, knowing that with the capture of my mind my body will eagerly follow.  To the one, i beg you, hold me tight and fast least i dart away from my own overwhelming feelings.

Dabbled sunlight traces its way through the fullness of the woods as she walks barefoot away from the river.  she is in a daze.  senses thrown to the wind by the intensity of the gaze from across the river.  Although she is unaware, she walks as one with the woods, never a branch scratches her or log bars her path.

Who is He? she asks herself.  she had never seen another human in this section of the wood.  Should she go back?  Demand He explain His presence?

It isn't until she is almost upon her own cabin that she realizes that she never put back on her dress.  It must still be on a random rock at the river. she giggles nervously.  Maybe she really is becoming the wood nymph she was feeling like when first standing at the waters edge.

The sunlight seems to crackle with intensity in the simple cabin.  Living room with kitchen off to one side decorated in warm earth tones and tribal art.  Two heavy oak doors on the back wall lead to the bathroom and bedroom respectively.  she grabs a plush throw from the couch and curls into a corner, wrapped in the throw to ponder more upon what she had just felt.

she has no fear that she was followed yet she was still unsettled.  He was on the far bank and the woods had hid her for so long from the outside world that to think that would change now was not even a passing breeze in her mind.  yet the presence was there.  she closed her eyes and reached down into the earth.  she felt slightly rattled.....unsteady and needed to be grounded.  the sounds of the wood through her open windows fell away leaving just the sigh of the earth under her.
