wow I cant believe my daughter has been here a month and a half where does the time go ?? here comes another rambling... LOL if you try and put meaning to some of the rambling you may loose your mind .. the things that come out of my fingertips may not always make sense to you .. and its not always the whole story .. its just the part thats stuck in my head at the time so iffn yo get confuzzled ask me and I'll probably give you a dissertation on where my mind was at the time .. having said that LOL ... its been an interesting process finding out the doc was right .. and damnit I hate that thought. it makes it so I have a lifetime of trying to curb certain wants and cravings .. now I'm not a ssugar hound but I do like my Dr. Pepper.. having now switched to diet Dr. Pepper ... blehhhhhhh if yo havent guessed yet its diabetes .. I'm working on it and no I dont need lots of advice on how to beat it .. I know what I have to do and the Italian side of me hates it . the norse side says eat more fish .. but anyway ... now having had to come to terms with it I'm not really seeing a major change in the way I eat .. more veggies and less pasta certainly .. but I have always liked lean meat and chicken and pork .. so that really isnt a change just now having to control portion sizes .. if yo have looked at my pics I'm not a little guy I'm 6'2 and now down to a svelt 235 LOL only 15 more pounds to go .. I dont care who you are 2 hot-dogs are not a meal .. so any ways thats the ramblings tonight .. and I hope that ya'll have a great life and all the riches you deserve come your way

jumps thinking I'm hearing back up horns...... damn talk about wheels still trying to run my ass over ... LOL....well 2 appointments later and 3 more to go .... changes changes are happening found out things that I didnt like a couple things i figured and 1 complete surprise .. the surprise I think is a bit premature without more testing ... but those are scheduled .. I understand that my bluntness in my profile and journal entries may scare some people off ..... I can assure ya'll that I'm a friendly sort that will talk to just about anybody I'll answer questions and ask you ssome back :) I promise I dont bite ... well not at first .. LOl

wow the wheels of bureaucracy turn slow .. and when you expect them to be slow they suddenly speed up case in point the VA .. thats Veterans administration for those thinking Virginia /.. damn near got run over by the wheels LOl figuring it would take a day to go through all I had to do there ... but NOOOOOO only an hour and a half ... LOL was amazed now then that was the start of all of it now on the first appointments and monday get to talk to the Doc... (yes I'm fine ) yippie lol so anyway lets get to whats important ... sex ....lol nahhh thats second .. the reason for my "Play attitude" I just recently got out of a vanilla marriage that lasted 16 years .. it was a long and grueling divorce .. and I'm enjoying being single .. not that I'm ruling out a serious relationship but at the moment I'm living life one day at a time .. with the Attitude .. this is me if ya like it great if ya dont .. then dont let the door hit you on the ass on your way out .. My daughter is the light of my life and the the biggest reason I'm still sane after the divorce ... she lives with me during the summer and my world revolves around her for those 2 months .. if yo can handle that then great .. if not then keep on looking ... another thursday night on the puter.... some days Lol so anyways having been doing this for almost 10 years . and knowing what I like and am willing to do it seems that few people seek what I'm looking for . Yes i like to play but that doesnt rule out a relationship or what fate may bring to me .
