Hello there, whoever you are.
So, to get right to the point: I recently moved to the area, and I'm looking to make new contacts with some pretty young things who'd like to be enticed into my cellar (not a euphemism - I literally do have a cellar) where all manner of delightfully unspeakable torment may befall them.
