What does anyone ever say about themselves?
I'm a moderately sadistic Dom that's been in the lifestyle well, forever. I'm on-again / off-again in regards to involvement with gatherings and social events (like Lifestyle explorers or Fetcon or even FetLife), and am recently coming off of a few years of off-again. I'm always happy to find new friends, and acquaintances.
I have, of course, a number of interests outside kink: horses, gaming, martial arts, audio, firearms... but the one that makes me mention that in this profile is photography. I'm always looking for new things to photograph and more people to trade tips with. So if you have an interest in discussing photography, or in being the subject of it, let me know. Indeed: if you've an interest in any of the above: that would be fun.
I'm attracted to people with passion. That's not (strictly) a sexual comment. I find, for example, artists and perers attractive for the work into and love of their art / perance. Have something you love, and love to share, and I think there's the basis for a great friendship. Looking for something to fall in love with? I've any number of things I love to share and talk about.
Sexually: I was once described (and embrace) as a "service oriented top". The thing is: I love an awful lot of play activities. It would be easier to list the things I don't like than it is to list the things I do (though, like everyone, I have favorites). What appeals to me is the connection to my partner and the ability to exert control. To make them love something, hate something, need something, or find their limits on something. To make them scared, euphoric, angry (hey: "you bastard" said through a ball gag can be sexy too). I'm not particular which, as long as I can make that connection and inflict that emotion. I mean: if the flogging was the point, I could flog a couch. The point is the reaction). As such, I'm a dom that adapts to what the person I am playing with needs (not always what they want, but the two are sometimes the same) and, hence, "service oriented dom".
That was a terrible run-on wasn't it? In that case: I shall end my rambling narrative. But be you fairly warned: Once I get started, I often talk the same way this reads! :)
I should also point out that I am permanently attached to a wonderful woman who is aware of my BDSM behaviors but does not share my interests there. I'm hunting a play-partner. I'd love to find someone for a long-term part-time relationship as those have been the most enjoyable over they years, but I'm not opposed to something more transitory with the right girl.
