To see a World in a Grain of Sand
And a Heaven in a Wild Flower,
Hold Infinity in the palm of your hand
And Eternity in an hour.
Fragments from "Auguries of Innocence" by William Blake.

What a win, Wales were simply awesome, I have to say hearing 70.000 of my countrymen singing the national anthem at the start of the game made me homesick, but immensley proud, seriously check it out on bbc iplayer...makes the hairs on your neck stand up |

I love my job, I hate my job, I despair at some people's stupidity and selfishness, I marvel at others strength and compassion. Post night shift thoughts filling my head, post night shift roll on sausage filling my belly (unhealthy yes, but tasty).
The fickle mistress that is sleep eludes me once more but I lay here with a smile. |

RE-Previous post.....I was reliably informed it was close to 900 texts lol, our phone companies are going to love us, coffee meet arranged for Thursday, the texting and speaking on the phone is nice but nothing matches a face to face blether as we say in Scotland. |

|
|
After a week of mails and texts running into the hundreds we finally spoke on the phone tonight, can't stop smiling. |

Only been on here a short time, and just wanted to say a thank you to all who welcomed me. I have had the privilege of chatting with some lovely people so far who are genuine, engaging and friendly and long may it continue. |

To all those that have witnessed the birth of the new year in other parts of the world and to all those awaiting the bells as we say in Scotland, may your 2013's be joyous, bountiful, happy and healthy.
Happy new year everyone |
