Hi folks, thanks for dropping by. Apologies for the sparse look of the place, but I am working on a more descriptive profile :)
In the meantime, I am currently located in Portsmouth, studied and worked in Leeds for 6 years and love Yorkshire so would like to go back at some point!
I am not originally from the UK though I am very reliably informed (by every single person who knows me since I came here to study) that you could never have guessed.
I am not new to D/s having been curious and randomly educating myself for the last 8 years via boards, chat rooms and making friends along the way. However, I have had other priorities and could not commit myself to giving a relationship the time and attention it deserved, as a result staying single.
I do not play outside a relationship, I definitely do not do poly and I am looking for someone who is also looking for something that has the potential to be long term.
I have a sadistic side but also a very tender and affectionate side and I feel they are both equally important in defining who I am as a person. I am quite dominant in pretty much all aspects of my life but I would like someone who I can cuddle up with. I am not 24/7 but I think my dominance is always at the fore.
However, to me, there has to be more to the relationship than just bedroom D/s or kink. There will be plenty of times when either the D or the s just wishes to spend time with one another or go out and it is important that there are some common interests. It is also important to have some different interests! I am a firm believer in everyone needing some time every day to themselves and want an independant woman who can look after herself in the real world and still be soft and caring at home.
I tend to prefer women my age or even a bit older. I think I am sometimes an older mind in a younger body and I mesh better with more mature people. However I can play the fool as well as anyone else! Mentally though, I need someone who I can hold a conversation with and who has the courage of convictions to stand up for herself if she feels she is right. I do not want someone who blindly follows. I prefer a challenge, within reason but not someone who wants to be awkward just for enjoyment.
Physically, I do not really have a type that I am attracted to. I guess I cannot really say until I see someone whether I would be attracted to them or not. Most of the attraction, even sexual attraction, for me, is not only physical but mental as well and so a good mental and emotional compatibility is crucial too. I do not believe in sex without love, especially not D/s.
I am not a snarly dom though I can have my moments! If real Doms do not cry, then I am not a real dom. I do not like punishments unless they are deserved and educational. I do, on the other hand, like inflicting pain (grins) as long as she likes receiving it.
Consensual and safe is essential.
Well, I think I have rambled on quite enough. I will keep adding bits to the profile over the next few days as I remember aspects of myself or who I am looking for.

Why is there no option for Rugby in the sports interests within the profile? BLAH!
P.S: If any of you are rugby league fans and support the Bulls, Saints or Warriors, its ok, I will not hold it against you :D
