What About Breath Play And Force?

I keep wondering why there are no breath play fetishes on the list. Queening (aka facesitting, my personal favorite) is closest as a form of smothering or suffocation, but it could apply to several other distinct fetishes, like wrestling, trampling/crushing, forced oral, frottage, or even just symbolic female superiority. These are all among my greatest "Live For It" kinks, yet none are listed as separate BDSM Interests ("Wrestling" is listed under Sports, while "Female Supremacy" is listed under Lifestyles). 

Likewise, gags, hoods, gas masks, plastic wrap, and rubber are also close, but none are specific only to breath play. I prefer smothering and suffocation for the most part (much less pain and slightly less risk), but what about other forms, such as choking, strangling, HOM, oxygen deprivation, etc.? Too dangerous? Too edgy?

And, speaking of forced oral, what about "forced" anything? There are power and control fetishes listed, but nothing clearly in the realm of negotiated force (consensual, with safe signals, of course). No ravishment, overpowering, or take-downs? Each of these would be in my "Live For It" category, as well. Are they also too dangerous, or too close to real rape and criminal assault? These edgier forms of play were part of the reason for adopting RACK (Risk Aware Consensual Kink) in addition to SSC (Safe, Sane, & Consensual).
