The simplest things people can do is actually communicate to get to know one another. Why so many skip the most basic things in this short life we have on this earth.

Time for an Update, this hasn't changed I see: I have noticed a serious trend on here. That trend is being polite when speaking and having something similar in return seems to turn some people to be rude and crude but then again their lives must really suck lol . To each their own. Update. I have now dropped a total of 23 lbs since I started my journey. I have also added something new to my workout. It's called." The 90-Day Challenge". It's working to perfection.

Some people are just so rude. Its a wonder they are alone most of their natural born lives. When you can't even speak to reply to a simply Hello or something nice being said to you. I see why so many are on here without a real meaningful relationship of some kind going on in their personal lives. Don't you just love the ones that delete unread when they have no clue what has been said to them. My personal assumption is that they are ignorant assholes who I wouldn't help if they were on the side of the road on fire. That's my rant for the year.

For The People in this world who tend to lump others into groups without knowing the individual. I say this " I will pray for you and any children you may produce, that an open mind to all without judgement comes to pass."

Hello Everyone,

I have a two part entry tonight. The first is to send all my prayers to all those that lost a loved one in the tornadoes and storms this past two weeks. I hope everyone that reads this will send a similar prayers as well along to those families.

I have now lost down from a size 48 waist starting on Jan 3rd. 2011 to present day waist size of 40 whooooooooopie to me, 2 more sizes to go and I have gained lean muscles again and now working hard on my Six Pack to bring it back. I broke a personal best for crunches; old record was 400 in 15 minutes to the new record of 490 in 15 minutes. My trainers say that I am making great strides in my progress towards some of my goals. One goal is to get my 5K time down to a sub 30 minute mark. I am not currently 7 mintues away from that goal. Best of Luck to everyone to reach their personal goals.

Well, its been a few weeks back into the old routine of working out and the progress is measured by the endurance one can accomplish on a daily bases. I would have to say, I am very happy with my progress thus far. I have dropped two waist sizes and about 13 lbs in a mere 4 weeks.

Well, the New Year has started out with a bang for sure. I am back to my workouts on a regular bases. I lost 5lbs the first week and another 3lbs the second week. I am working harder than the past two years. Hopefully, I can get my Sky Diving Certification done this summer and then go for my scub diving certification next on the hit list. I hope to run at least 4 to 6,  5K events this year as well as I build up to the 10k , then the Half Marthons to a Full Marthon in the future.

Being in shape means you can enjoy an even better quality of life in and out of the lifestyle. Taking care of the body can only strengthen the mind, body and soul as the old saying goes and I truely feel it.

I hope everyone's New Year's resolutions are progressing nicely and staying on track. I know mine are thus far.

Well the New Year is here and its going fantastic thus far. I draw every so closely towards another blessed birthday. I am so looking forward to it.

My New Year has begun with me back to my regular workout schedule of 4 to 6 days a week at about 2 to 3 hours each day. I have seriously burnt off some much needed calories coupled with that sweet feeling of losing that weight I want to lose.

This year plan is to get in shape enough to be go SkyDiving at my local sky diving school and get certified if at all possible. Yes, that means save all my pop bottles to pay for it LOL.  My business has alot of new things taking place that I am implimenting to grow it in an economy that is starting to finally see signs of life. Oh Yes, I do watch the economic situation very closely.

I will add more at a later date.

Back to Back Entries. Don't you just love those that don't live in reality of life? LOL... No matter what their age or occupation is LOL.

Its been awhile since I wrote here. I have seen alot of photos on collarme and other sites. I always wonder why people get into this lifestyle thinking everyone they know will find out they are in the lifestyle from posting a simple face photo. Why would you not want someone to know your in the lifestyle that is close to you? Hmmmm..but hey, this is just my thinking. I don't expect everyone to agree with my thinking. That would be just plain dumb on my part to believe everyone sees things in the same mindset as I do. On to better thoughts.

After 27 plus years of enjoying this wonderful encompassing lifestyle. I have come to the conclussion that I am more into the dynamic of M/s and a small part of me starts out as a D/s due to the learning curve one has in getting to know someone.

I find it simply funny that when someone is approached as solely a friendship with no strings how they can't grasp that thinking. The past is your past but some parts shouldn't be taken out on the next person that had nothing to do with that.

The trend of being honorable and direct seem to be gone by the waist side as something others really wish to know. I am not normally a person that gets into doing journal entries but after 27 plus years in this most discpline and rewards lifestyle that I so enjoy being apart of and being able to be myself without having to act a certain way when one comes into contact with other lifestylers. I see that some I run into still don't realize that being yourself is a journey unto itself. I send out Positive Karma mail on here and I get back most of the time not as much as a Thank You or a Kiss My Ass if those that read this understand what I am saying.
