a sub deserves a firm but reasonable approach. she deserves his focus and interest in her learning what she needs to bloom into her submissive potential. I believe that
* formality need not be overwhelming, but a bit is needed to keep a sub mindful
* her rules and limits should be clear and agreed so she will be happy to be held to them
* she serves best when she has time and is ready, so her obligations must be flexible and fit into her RealLife situation
* thoughtful direction or tasking helps her feel her submission for at least a small part of every day even if life is too hectic and busy otherwise
I expect to teach and lead a girl, to help her find
* a safe way to begin,
* a fun way to explore,
* a sexy way to feel taken, and
* a fair way to be slowly stretched to her highest, true state.
