I'm done. I'm sorry to the people and friends that I haven't replied to, some I haven't even read the emails. I did enjoy talking to each and every one of you. But I'm just tired. I may pick it up again at a later date, but for now, I'm just done....

My profile is now almost 2 hours old, and I'm already getting messages from people who either, haven't read my profile at all (i.e. a male respondant) or people who also do not take the time to read my profile and decide to just write and complain or insult what I am trying to accomplish. There are too many people on these sites that are only on here for a power trip over someone else and just plain don't take this seriously as a lifestyle. It makes it that much harder for people like us, my husband and I, to find what we are serious and passionate about. These people actually take the time to WRITE and say things instead of just clicking the 'next' button. There is a profile I've came across on here, the woman posts emails like these (full of stupidity and lacking intelligence) in her journal and basically posts a public reply.

Perhaps that is what I should start doing.

Just because I am submissive, doesn't mean that I don't take any of this seriously, nor does it mean a person can insult me and I will just take it. Submission is consentual. Unfortuantely stupidity and ignorance are, seemingly, more dominant in this world, and not in a good way.

My husband always says they should take the warning labels off of everything and not only would the worlds population decline drastically, but intelligence would also go up. Especially by starting with fireworks.

I do not take kindly to those who say this is serious for them, and then not even show the respect to take the time and read a short (in comparison to a lot of profiles I've seen) profile to see if you are the person they are looking for.

I do not understand how a male can mistake a profile that clearly states - "ACTIVELY SEEKING: Dominant Female, Dominant Transgender" for saying "Yea, I say woman, but really mean a man".

All it shows is lack of intellect and poor reading skills, and mainly, disrespect.

One thing anyone serious about BDSM and other Alt Lifestyles can tell you is this -

Whether a person is Dominant or submissive, they all deserve respect in every aspect of life.

Perhaps once people begin to learn this, the world will be a better place...

Getting them to learn it... that's the hard part....
