I really want to find a 24/7 slave eventually. However, since most people get on my nerves after about 48 hours, how will I do this?
My plan is to have my applicants go through a series of tests proving their sincerity in serving me.
I don't plan on taking on my slave 24/7 for 6 months, so don't quit your day job.
I also will not provide any slave training, or the fun stuff, until my applicant has done well for one full month.
To begin with, the applicant will provide house keeping duties twice weekly, 5 or 6 hours each day. Days will be 3 or 4 days apart. Slave will commit to this job for 4 full weeks before I will begin actual slave training. I do not wish to wasted my time on a slave who will not work out, and why should I? If you are sincere, and are able to listen and follow instructions without being a nuisance, and if you show that you can actually help lessen my load of work, rather than increase it by needing constant supervision, and if YOU decide that you really WANT to be my FOREVER slave, we will move onto slave training after four weeks of your trial period.
Once the trial period is complete, slave will be assigned reading and journaling. One section daily will be read. I will assign the book to be read and I will read it also, the same section daily. We will both make notes in the book and discuss what we've learned when we meet. Journaling will consist of all questions I ask slave and all instructions I give to the slave. He might use different books or sections of a notebook to keep organized.
Slave will be put on an exercise regimen. What this will be will be determined by what he is already doing. He may just be instructed to continue what he's doing if he's extremely active, but likely Mistress will add a few things.
I do not care what my slaves appearance is when he comes to me. I expect my slave to accept that I will be molding him into the person I want him to be on the outside as well as on the inside.
He will be required to go to certain classes an events that will increase Mistress' and slave's knowledge of BDSM and skills that will benefit us.
I will wish to practice all of my new skills on my slave. I will wish to use all new dungeon equipment on my slave before using it on others. I do have a small dungeon with most of what you'd expect to find in a dungeon.
I would like very much to find my 24/7 slave! I am financially able to provide for my slave-food, clothing, and medical care when necessary. I want my slave to travel with me. I travel frequently and would like slave to make my traveling more comfortable.
I have read many books on BDSM, but find my favorite on the topic of slave training is,
"Owning and TRaining the Male slave" by Ingrid Bellmare. Although I wouldn't treat my slave exactly like she treats hers, (where's the fun in that?) I do share her opinion of how a well trained slave should behave and how I must be very strict during the initial training period. Besides, punishing my slave is SO much fun! And I have many, many ways to do it!

And I have three very nice dogs that you will walk, and can play with in your free time.
