| I have decided to keep this short and sweet. Primarily because I am not good at, or enjoy, talking about myself. I am a 47 year old dominant male.
A dom takes the role of controller in acts of servitude. A dominant does not posses an unbridled supremacy or limitless power. He holds only the power his submissive has granted to him and she should have to authority to revoke this power at anytime for any reason.
A ruffian can intimidate people with their gruff manners and abruptness. A respectful dominant does not rule arbitrary, based on choice or that of a personal whim. Being a dominant has nothing in common with being domineering, in fact one is a contradiction of the other.
The fact of the matter is that dominance is just another part of one's overall personality. It is not a replacement for having a personality. It will never be a replacement for wit or wisdom.
