Dominant is a word for it, I suppose, and it is a convenient word to use. But, I prefer to think of myself as primal; an instinctual animal. I am much like an animal you see in a zoo, from a distance they seem docile, cute, or even amusing, but once you step into their territory, you see the real beast within them. I don’t like to get hung up on terms, it’s probably one of the reasons I have never really gotten on with anyone in the “community”. I don’t see D/s as something constructed, let alone something that you have meetings about. To me it’s natural, and in this way I end up butting heads with a lot of people. What I do, I do from my own thoughts and desires, my own passions, from pure instinct. I was not taught, nor learned from a book. I am as I was made.
There is an Ethiopian proverb that states _“Do not blame God for having created the tiger, but thank Him for not giving it wings.”_ Thank you god, for the wings the internet gives me.
