Yes, if your my sub and helping me at shows and events then your entitled to being paid as well. She moved out of state to take care of an elderly relative just as I do now. I recently moved back to Houston to take care of a relative, so just about the only play time I have is when I travel.
I work out daily, three years ago I had some health issues with my legs and was off my feet for a long period. I gained too much weight like 100 lbs too much. I've lost 70 working out but now I have a goal to lose even more then what I gained and I will. I love to work out.
