currently at THE HOUSE constructing some advanced features. including a real subground dungeon and a room which reflects the kink dot com style. great people around, capable of constucting & serving... well different people :-)

from a personal perspective my winter contract with a young slave and the focus of education terminates end of months. she will go back home and resume her studies.

over summer i will be pretty busy but if the right person comes along i might give it a try. some experience is required as well as the ability to deal with multiple people.

over the time i got some very interesting contacts over cm, some of them were even welcomed at THE HOUSE.

as i've been involved into some *informational discussions* recently i want to share some thoughts in public.

people who identify as a slave (gender neutral) and seek for authenticity should take into account that

- they will be handled as property

- the only limits are set by the local legal framework

- romantic love and expectations about care are obsolete

- age, race and at the end of the day gender are no hard cirteria for a dominant sadist
 but experience is.

it's a big step and all the trust building, getting acquainted, negotiating upfront is nice but of no real help. this is only a personal meeting on eye level and neutral ground.

and once you agreed make sure that informed consent is the base which means anybody of the involved can withdraw approval at any point of time. sounds weird? i know from experioence that nobody is taking all these efforts to move into such a situation with the only reason to abort.

in a nutshell:

if you look out for your dream pince/ss you can invest all of your emotions and become enthusiastic, later disappointed.

if you look for a realistic master/slave relation get your emotions under control and use your brain.

the jail week is over and the surprising guests stayed with us a few more days in berlin. great time, great people.

the bondage week was a gorgeous one as well and now we have some smaller meetings til we close in october.

some artists already addressed their interest to work over winter time at THE HOUSE. over all the group still grows to now over 70 kinksters and the entire project is a source of great pleasure.

update from jail

1301 was released last night after the directorate made sure his betterment was measurable.

1302 is showing much better behaviour especially after corporal punishment. however there is room for improvement

1303 is very submissive but we don't believe yet this is true behaviour. extended stay

1304 had to abort. two bad nights in a row told us she will be better in the arms of her man. she had dinner last night with the directorate and the wardens. everything is fine.

1305 will be delivered this afternoon.

1306 will be delivered tomorrow morning.

partial change of wardens also tonight plus an exciting outlook for some additional participants.

- you must be available latest beginning of july 2013 (yes, it's this year)

- you will live at THE HOUSE being protected by me

- you are interested in long term and accept the short term as a trial period

i realised that i'm still in a kind of THE HOUSE mode :-)

and honestly it's such a great place that i understand i can't exclude it completely and THE HOUSE will be a focal point of all of it.

the second open days for this year will be closed later today. however i have to express my deepest satisfaction.

not only that we have been attractive enough for several very interesting people who visited us. it were also days of great pleasure, full of kink, bdsm and even some intellectual disccusion.

i want to point out OD from columbia who brought some south american spirit to THE HOUSE and was also brillant at the barbecue and the turntables.

first of all many thanks to those whom with i had interesting and pleasant conversations.

however since i'm looking for a personal assist over spring and summer to support me with regards to THE HOUSE i contacted a few and was contacted by many people who wanted to start or continue their journey into slavery. well, that's fine as it was looking like a simple deal for me. i get some support in adminstering the project which frees up significant time for me and give back some of this time in education and development.

nevertheless there seems to be a gap between expectations of extreme, tpe, full slavery (you name it) and what real life can provide. the gap is sometimes that huge that i started wondering how people can develop and maintain phantasies without any thought of feedback towards day to day life.

after more of 35 years of practical experience and literally hundreds of people observing or accompanying on this journey i'm impressed by the large number of people on cm who can't close this gap.

based on the above i recommend to read hannah arendt. she is talking about the will and her conclusion that the willingness to serve is of the same strength as the willingness to reign. no, she was not into bdsm just one of the great and major influencers of thinking during the last century.

so if a person is willing to serve why should there be illegal action like kidnapping, blackmailing or unwanted force?

is it really so hard to imagine that once you have come to a mutual agreement, many things will happen against slaves will?

and what is the problem with a clear statement, that all involved parties can abort without consequences at any point of time?

remember, all participants entered the scene voluntarily and i never met a person who did so with the goal of aborting.

This years season is over and it was great. Maybe a kind of alternative New Years Eve :-)

And with the phantastic experience we had this year, the plannings for 2012 are nearly finished.

We got some feedback I will share with you. Not everybody has the possibility to stay for the entire year or longer. So if you are interested in being part of next year, you can join to serve from 4 weeks up to several months.

THE HOUSE will be manned from about early Feb on occasion and permanently from mid Apr. Earlier applicants I will personally take care of.

All main events will take place from May to Oct.

A few more days to go. Now THE HOUSE is quiet and a resort for relaxing. Believe me, I can really enjoy this. From Tuesday on it will constantly fill up with people and we have events during June with more or less no break.

The season will be opened in a few days. There will be a number of people around and the number will increase over time until April.

However, what I learned here and from other BDSM websites, there is additional demand which is not fitting into tough planned schedules. I talk about that to some applicants.

Last but not least a personal remark. Looking for people who share the lifestyle under the given conditons I can offer on this website gave and give me some special experience. You talk to people whose profiles seems to be a perfect match and they either don't answer or dive into absence after a few notes. On the other hand some gems appear out of nothing and make a perfect match you would never have taken into account.

Bottomline: The arrangements for this spring and summer are done and this website helped a little bit.

Beside the standard text in my profile there are still opportunities to become acquainted with me and/or the community in terms of slavery and submission or simply to visit me and satisfy any curiosity about alternative lifestyles or myself.

As organisation is now figuered out I personally will be at THE HOUSE from Feb 09th onwards but some friends will be there earlier.

Last but not least to be fair: This website was hepful in generating contacts but the people for real life are rather rare.

However, I might keep the crowd posted if I feel so.
