I train the mind, not the body.

That's what I tell my clients, and I believe it.

In regular life I'm a personal trainer, working with everyone from athletes seeking college scholarships to retirees seeking to shed a few pounds. I always tell them: if the only time you are training is when I am standing next to you, forget achieving your goals. You must train on your own, and I train their minds so that they *want* to train on their own.

Bodies transform, but only after the minds do.

I take a similar approach to my personal D/S life.

I firmly believe that *everyone* (and I include myself too) has mental capacity that we have not yet tapped. And I further believe that we need others to tap it.

For dominants like me, we need submissives to help us realize our creative potential. For submissives, a dominant hand can help them uncover deep truths. For both, the bonding can lead to tremendous excitement, joy, and pleasure.

But before all of that come the basics, such as: Can we laugh together? Do we have anywhere close to the same values? Do we turn each other on? If the basics are there, then things can get fun.

So ... let's talk some basics, and go from there. If I send you a note I'll send a photo too.
