I joined this site originally to meet and talk with and seek help from other adults who (like me) are survivors of childhood sexual abuse and have found themselves drawn into the D/s universe. It was hard to put the toxic part of my past behind me, and grow to a point where I could appreciate a healthier approach to the tender, affectionate, and even compassionate "exchange of power" between informed, consenting adults.
I value all the fine friends - here and on other sites - who have helped me reach for wholeness along the way.
I am not looking for a playmate, but I frequently browse the profiles here, hoping to find some quality people who are actually interested in "friends only" conversation. I won't be asking you for photos, or to cam, but I do voice chat with people I get to know well. I am not prey, or a predator, or even a player, but an informed observer.
I am an intelligent, articulate, kind-hearted, animal-loving gentleman; I do not believe in perpetuating abuse or degradation of any kind - physical, verbal, emotional, or mental. I am easy to talk to, and a good listener: I try to offer thoughtful chat, good humor, and undemanding company.
