3/8/2018 12:09:11 PM: Well an update to my ankle. It is a torn ligament but after a few steroid shots it is feeling much better. i won't be walking in 6' or 7' heels soon but 4' to 5' are good start. Hopping around in bondage will be good too without the heels. LOL

9/30/2017 7:44:29 AM: Went to the foot and ankle doctor this week. He is sending me to get an MRI done on my ankle. He says that I may have a lesion where the bottom of the Tibia sits of top of the Talus (believe I had to look it up). So if there is an lesion there then I will have to get scoped. So my days of wearing extreme high heels are gone for a while. It will be flats or 4' or less from now on..maybe 5' but have to be careful.

9/10/2017 11:36:57 AM: Finally my ankle is healing. It's been almost a month now and don't have much of the pain that i did have. The bruising is all gone, but it still does hurt and get stiff...hehehe. Still reluctant to walk around in 5' or 6' heels. i hope to be walking around in heels soon. This injury has defiantly affected my lifestyle. :(
