Look, if you say you are from somewhere, at least Google the place first. Not all Doms are thirsty.

Looking for a domestic slave with an eye for a long term. You woll be allowed freedom within the confines of the job I put you to do, but you will be constrained by those jobs.

Almost three months in, and I still have little time to turn around.  :)  Still, busy is better than idle (I said BUSY, not busywork) and I have found a new hobby.  The Armiee is, for once, quiet about sending me off to odd corners of the world, and I am now planning another personal trip.

And a thanks to all you who have subscribed to my journal.  I'll try to keep it interesting.

Now I've found myself in a new community.  It is interesting that my contemporaries have little or no discipline (in a vanilla sense, not here).  I suspect if they had been paddled more often when it would have done them good, they might have a clue.

On the flip side, I suspect CM would have a larger population. :)

I'm back "home", finally.

Met a few folks at my old group tonight.  I'm glad to see them as they are glad to see me.

Still, I am a bit wondering.  I have reconciled quite a bit within myself, and am looking to reconcile more.

And to the Domme (former sub) I was attempting to correspond with a bit ago-

Congrats, glad it worked :)

Well, the opportunities here now are more limited than I thought, so I'm using this time as a period of reflection.

Would anyone have any ideas on how to reconcile Christianity and BDSM?  I suspect it may be something along the lines of "It's fine, if it's consensual" (which it is supposed to be), but I have an eerie feeling something is different.

Or hell, I may be finally working through my repressions.  Any ideas? :)

New faces, finally.  The folks here were getting tired, and they deserve a break.  The new folks have been here before, most of them, so they know the drill.

It's tough contacting folks on CM from here sometimes.  Doesn't mean I'll stop trying, especially since I will take "No, thank you" as an honest answer.  Life is too short to be rude.

We lost some folks today.

Well, it isn't as bad as I thought it was going to be.  Once again, I am at a remote outpost.  Interesting how civilized people get when their concentrated populations are small, aren't they?  I suppose ostracism works as a social mechanism in a small town better than a big city, but in a small town, folks are more likely to "live and let live" than nosy cityfolk.  At least that is my experience, YMMV.

Took my first salsa dancing class tonight.  Hmm.  Harder to break out of the mindshell than I thought, but I'll keep trying :)

Started a correspondence with an interesting young lady from CM recently.  We shall see where that goes, stay tuned.

Well, I'm over here, eating sand at 130F and sweating through my flack jacket.  Just like last time :)

Interesting, I do not think I will have a problem finding play partners over here: the difficulty will be finding time and a place.  Finding partners is a matter of watching, listening, and being polite.  Time and place are tough as we live in a fishbowl, and work 12 on 12 off, 7 days a week.

Still this is a short one.  I should be home for New Years.  Don't look for pictues here, Uncle won't let me post anything he thinks is "sensitive".  If he saw some of the photos on here, he'd have a heart attack.  Fine place for uniform fetishists, though.

Let me know what you think.  The local PTB sporadically blocks this and related websites, but sometimes I can work around their blocks.

I got some information today.  Looks like I'm going back to the sandbox.  For those of you keeping count, this will be my fourth tour of duty.

Well, I'm taking some flack for the comments I made about the environment.  Sure, we all want clean water and breathable air.  I think we will not get them without an actual effort beyond protest signs and riding a bicycle.  More engineers, fewer "artists".

Today, a friend pointed out that I am "freer" than most people.  All I could think of was "Choose to be free, and you will be.  Be sure to recognize the responsibility, and freedom is yours."  How does this fit in with this site and this lifestyle?  Because I have found the people I meet in this lifestyle choose their own freedom, and respect other's choices far more readily than fundamentalists can contemplate.  I suppose there is something in being a bit of an outcast group.

Well, I'm thinking about pursuing a National Guild of Hypnotists certification.  Never hurts to have more paper than you actually need.

Alternatively. every time I go to the hardware store, I start to get ideas.  Dangerous for some folks, but "Trust me:I know what I'm doing."

Bonus points for recognizing the source :)

This morning, the college I attend had some sort of environmentally friendly seminar.  Open to all, I showed up.  Big mistake.

I guess engineering isn't something they figured was needed for their Earth Friendly Brave New World.  Some of them got downright hostile when I asked them who was going to build their biofuels production facilities, and if those folks were going t get paid.

Good thing I didn't tell them about my steam powered conversion for my car.

I can honestly say this is a "whole 'nother country", but I think I can learn to like it here.  The business didn't take off like I had planned, but there are other opportunities.

Discovered the Wetspot.  Interesting place.

Well the move to the north is done.  Now I have to find some like minded folks.  Easier said than done, but I suspect it will be possible.

I have noticed a high percentage of folks complaining about "flake-outs"  Understandable, but even some flakes deserve the respect of a reply.  Sure, one line introductory emails are rude, but longer ones should get at least a one line reply. :)

An acquaintence pointed out that email boxes sometimes get filled faster than they can be emptied.  Hmm.  Do I keep trying, or do I forget it?  Waht do you all think?

Yesterday I had the privilige of FosterDomme''s hospitality.  Her and her sub were most gracious hosts, and I do hope I have the pleasure of their hospitality again.  No play, as I was out there on an unrelated matter, but you can tell when folks are good people or not.  These are good folk.
