Discipline is more than a simple corporal matter. Each of the "mortifications of the flesh" demands an intense concentration as you feel the sting that will soon turn to a welt. Your discipline may need to be humiliating, because a tearful session and appropriate contrition strip away the false ego. it can be arousing. And those things are also part of the process. An excellent session using hypnosis. It was amazing to have the patient orgasm repeatedly just from vocal commands. Our agreement was "no touching," but still a very hot session. Gave me some new ideas for something deeper.
