On the most basic of levels, we can not change the physical elements.
We just merely use them to make our life better.
And, it is true observing something changes them.

Ever heard of 'natural order'?
there is a Group mentality & one on one.
in the nilla world there is royalty, gov't,(fed.state & local)
companies, clubs and other various groups.
Then way less nilla are Militarist and religions,
politics, last but not least families.
all have either by-laws or even rules & codes of conduct,
then there are the unspoken recognition of respect, Even admiration.
They/we start in kinder garden through Masters programs
to indoctrinate each other with info and stations.
And, in 'raw' nature is a dog mentality, and the ever popular
'eat or be eaten' position. Hence we ALL rely on mild to strict hierarchy.
Then those of us that do NOT care for/enjoy those systems,
So, we generate alternate realities, similar theories and administration.
D/s, M/s & O/p, there 'taken in hand, Gor B/d and S/m just to
mention a few. They all have ties to relationships, and recognition.
Recognition, that if one know the proper language, procedure and
participants in our own idea, and can find those like us. Then, we can

Slavery is about having no options, about being totally owned and operated. A slave is not a free man who has decided to grant services to a Master. A slave does not even seek to please a Master. Seeking to please is a concern of the ego. Seeking to please is just one more way for the ego to say: “See, I’m good!” But a slave feels no such concerns. The ego is the enemy of slavery, so seeking to please a Master automatically destroys slavery.

Any slave granting a Master services rather than obeying is a servant, not a slave. Slaves do not grant services, they obey. Any Master who has found a man who “slaves” for him, who calls him “Master” and runs around serving him all day, is not a Master, but merely a recipient of voluntary services. Masters do not simply receive, they give commands.

A slave seeks only one thing: obedience, to be trapped into obedience so that no sense of choice clouds its heart, mind and spirit, an obedience so strong that the slave IS obedience, and that the slave becomes One with the Owner, an intimacy so great and powerful that no other pleasure in life need exist.

Power means the ability to get things done, to go from A to B as quickly and directly as possible. The word power was derived from the Old French poeir meaning "to be able."
