I am hoping to keep in touch with some dear friends here and hope to make new friends as well.
I am hoping to find better balance in my life. I am married, but my wife is not involved in the lifestyle. She knows that I am submissive, but it is not something that she wishes to participate in.
Have made some wonderful strides in my exercise and diet. It has been uplifting to see
the changes in my life, but am not always as disciplined as I wish that I could be.
