I am retired and live in a (paid for) one bedroom townhouse on the west side of Metro Detroit

I hold two Bachelor of Science degree both with double majors (Allied Economics, English, Management and Marketing) from a local University.  I am a Vietnam Veterans (who belongs to no VFW).  I have diabetes, sleep with a CPAP, have ED and troubles sleeping at times.  I get my medical from the VA in Ann Arbor.  I have Season Tickets to the Toledo Mud Hens, watch a lot of movies and enjoy a good card game.

The townhouse will require a lot of cleaning and organizing which I am open to.  Let's make it ours.
