Just a little note, Up until November 2007 I was the owner of a trailer park (4 pad) in which my children and me lived and it had become more of a close knit family park. I had worked 16 years developing it as to utilities and remodelings and such. Well the back one was rented to the son of a lady I dated and upon his leaving and me remodeling the front one after a icestorm, some kids broke out 6 windows. The city found that this is out of code and beings I was in a residential neighborhood I had to bring it to code. Well I had already started to reskirt and had put new windows in and took pictures to their little meeting and they informed me code is NO MOBILES in the city. I now get to at least keep the one me and my kids are in but have lost alot of revenue and trust in this city. I could really care less about them or their well being actually. Any way my park is now 3 weeks from deadline and I almost have it done and I can only hope that '09 will bring a better year than '08. I feel I have delt with and handled this honerably and with a mannor of dignity but still even now my heart does hurt for the loss of the years.
